  • The guest is responsible for keeping all gates closed and the swimming pool area secured at all times.
  • The guest agrees to allow the host access at regular times to maintain the pool equipment.
  • The guest must not attempt to make any repairs or adjustments to the pool equipment or electrical wiring for the pool equipment.
  • The guest must immediately notify the host of any repair that the swimming pool may require.
  • The swimming pool must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and in a safe, responsible manner.
